Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Joseph Ochonu Resources are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download has been accessed or the download link has been opened.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances only:

  • You were charged but did not receive a download link
  • Your download link is broken or expired and we are unable to resolve it
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same product

To request support for any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with software not listed on the product page
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Partial use of a bundle or toolkit

File Format & Compatibility All templates are provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and/or PDF format, compatible with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Please verify compatibility with your software before purchasing. Incompatibility with unlisted software is not grounds for a refund.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Digital Products — Waiver of Withdrawal Right

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the content has been accessed.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

As our products are digital downloads, no physical return is required.
