Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Joseph Ochonu Resources are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once digital content has been accessed or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under the specific exceptions stated below.

We do not offer physical returns or exchanges for digital products.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

You were charged but did not receive the purchased digital product or download access.
Your download link is broken or expired and we are unable to resolve the problem.
You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

To request support for any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Incompatibility with software not listed on the product page.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Partial use of a bundle or toolkit.

File Format & Compatibility

Products may be provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, and/or other formats specifically identified on the relevant product page.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable law and any applicable exceptions.

For digital content supplied electronically, the right of withdrawal may cease once delivery or performance begins where the legally required conditions for immediate delivery have been satisfied, including the customer's prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.

If you believe you are legally entitled to exercise a withdrawal right, please contact us through our Contact page or by email, providing your order number and request.

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved under this policy, it will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Because our products are digital downloads, no physical return or return shipping is required.
