By accessing, purchasing, downloading or using products from Joseph Ochonu Resources, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Licence

All products sold by Joseph Ochonu Resources are digital products supplied electronically. No physical product, printed copy or physical shipment is included unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants one authorised purchaser a limited, single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable professional-use licence.

The authorised purchaser may download, customise and use the resources for their own projects, professional work, internal business activities and completed client deliverables. Use for an employer or organisation is permitted only while the original editable resources remain accessible solely to the authorised purchaser.

Employers, clients, colleagues, contractors, departments and other users do not receive direct access rights to the original editable resources under a single-user licence.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly or privately share, repackage, transfer or provide the original files or substantially unchanged templates to other users.

Buying a bundle does not create separate licences for multiple users or permit individual resources within the bundle to be separated, shared, resold or transferred.

Intellectual Property

All templates, toolkits, dashboards, trackers, playbooks, frameworks, documents, designs, written content, graphics, branding, systems and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Joseph Ochonu Resources or the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing, downloading or customising a product does not transfer copyright, ownership or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying original resource.

Customers retain ownership of their own original data, branding and content added to the resources.

Purchases and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable store or selected display currency. Payment is processed through the payment methods and providers made available at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Digital Delivery

Access or download instructions are provided after successful payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, downloading purchased files promptly and retaining secure backup copies.

Delivery may be delayed where payment remains pending, contact information is incorrect or a technical issue affects the delivery service. Please contact us if you experience a delivery problem.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joseph Ochonu Resources shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
