2. Digital Product Delivery
- All products sold on this store are digital products.
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to download their purchased products.
- No physical items will be shipped.

3. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless a product page or separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants one authorised purchaser a limited, single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable professional-use licence.
The authorised purchaser may download, customise and use the resources for their own projects, professional work, internal business activities and completed client deliverables. Use for an employer or organisation is permitted only while the original editable resources remain accessible solely to the authorised purchaser.
Employers, clients, colleagues, contractors, departments and other users do not receive direct access rights to the original editable resources under a single-user licence.

4. Prohibited Uses
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly or privately share, repackage, transfer or provide the original files or substantially unchanged templates to other users.
You may not upload the original resources to marketplaces, websites, shared drives, repositories, membership libraries or file-sharing platforms; claim ownership of the original resources; remove applicable copyright or licence notices; or use the resources to create competing products for resale or redistribution.
Buying a bundle does not create separate licences for multiple users and does not permit individual bundled resources to be separated, shared, resold or transferred.
If multiple employees, contractors, clients or other users require direct access to the original editable resources, contact Joseph Ochonu Resources regarding written permission or appropriate licensing options.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, dashboards, designs, frameworks, text, graphics, branding, systems and digital resources available through Joseph Ochonu Resources remain the intellectual property of Joseph Ochonu Resources or the applicable rights holder unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing or customising a product does not transfer copyright, ownership or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying original resource. Customers retain ownership of their own original data, branding and content added to the resources.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to downloadable materials, all sales are final.
We generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, if you experience:
- Corrupted files
- Duplicate purchases
- Missing downloads
- Technical delivery issues
